Where are you based?
We are based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We use Pos Laju and the average rate of delivery is 1 - 4 days within Peninsula Malaysia depending on the courier service availability, peak days and location of destination. For East Malaysia, it would be about 7 - 10 days.
For Pre-Orders, it will take from 18-21 days for your order to arrive. We will consolidate all orders that includes a pre-order product and deliver it together.

Do you accept International Orders?
Yes we do. Depending on your location, you may DM us or email us directly and we can make arrangements for international deliveries.

What is your return policy?
Any damaged goods has to be returned to us within 7 days upon receiving. You may notify us via Whatsapp or Email with an enclosed picture of the damaged good. Once we have received your returned goods, we will inspect the item. If it's eligible and within reason, we will either send you a new one or keep a store credit for you. Refunds are not accepted.
